As a not-for-profit organization, the Indianapolis Children's Choir depends on volunteers. Volunteer opportunities vary, from office help to concert assistance. All volunteer efforts are coordinated by the choir and the Indianapolis Children's Choir Parents' Association.*

Choir Coordinator – attend each rehearsal and performance of your choir. Duties include taking attendance, maintaining absence information, making absence calls, keeping attendance records, and completing a weekly attendance report for the director.
Performance Coordinator – attend all performances of your choir. Duties include scheduling and assigning chaperones, providing support for the director at performance locations, and monitoring performer’s activities.
Office Help – work in the ICC office a few hours weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly. Your availability:
Mornings 9 am to noon

Only during rehearsal
Activities – assist with choir activities and projects such as pizza parties and picture night during rehearsal time. Assist in serving food at various choir functions.
Phone Tree – participate in a phone tree to relay urgent information.
Setup/Equipment – assist with moving chairs, instruments, etc. Flex your muscles!
Concert Help – assist with various activities such as ushering and program distribution.
General Assistance – willing to be called upon as needed.
