Sponsorship Opportunities with the Indianapolis Children's Choir
At the Indianapolis Children’s Choir (ICC), we recognize that corporations seek to maximize their relationships with their charitable giving partners. Therefore, we strive to create unique sponsorship opportunities that give our corporate sponsors maximum exposure for their contribution. Be it personalized access to target markets or collaborative efforts to uplift our community, it is our goal to design a mutually beneficial, long standing relationship.
Listed below is information regarding corporate sponsorships including available opportunities, sponsorship levels and benefits. However, at ICC, no two sponsorships are alike and each one is tailored to meet your organizational needs. We have developed sponsorship opportunities to fit budgets of both small and large businesses. Sponsorship Benefits for ALL packages may include but are not limited to:
- Prominent recognition of the Sponsor on ICC print season materials such as and up to:
- 20,000 programs throughout the concert season
- 6,000 season ticket brochures
- 8,500 season concert tickets + general admission tickets
- 16,500 + “take home” detail sheets for concerts, rehearsals, etc
- 10,500 + calendars sent to the homes of all ICC members and their parents
- Prominent recognition of the Sponsor on electronic materials, including electronic newsletter sent no less than five times/year to 6000+ constituents. ICC web site will include the Sponsor’s logo prominently displayed with a link to the Sponsor’s web site.
- Advertising space in season program and/or inserts.
- Recognition in appropriate on-air advertising of ICC events to include, but not be limited to, radio, cable and television.
- Recognition from the stage at concert series events and performances
- Opportunity to have one of the ICC choirs perform at a corporate function
- Opportunity to market to our ICC members through ICC’s direct mailing to its 1,500 singers and their households
- Lobby display of the Sponsor’s banner at concerts and/or performances
- Reserved seating for VIP’s at our season concert performances
- Tickets for ICC season concert events - made available through arrangements with the development office.
- Season discount pricing for Sponsor’s employees – to be arranged through the Development office
- Logo placement on ICC members and staff t-shirts at the annual choral festival
- Continued exploration and collaboration with Sponsor to promote mutual initiatives and shared mission objectives
