Singers & Families: Payments

You are required to sign and return a Financial Contract with your Registration Form in order for your child to participate in ICC for the season. Fees for the season are due in full, even if a child drops out of the program or is removed at any time during the season. You will receive a statement of account in early September that shows your known fees for the year. Charges for shirts or additional fees will be billed as they are incurred.

Payment in Full
Tuition may be paid in full by using a check, money order, MasterCard, Visa, or Discover.

Payment Program
This plan allows you to make monthly payments. The payment program begins September 10, 2008 with the final payment to take place by April 30, 2009.

Payments are due on the 10 th of each month. The required minimum monthly payments for each choir are as follows:

Cantantes Angeli, Bel Canto& Kantorei

Note: Your final payment will need to be adjusted accordingly due to the monthly service charge and other potential fees.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

  • Online Payment.
    Pay online at www.icchoir.org
  • ACH. Automatic Checking Account Deduction. A signed authorization form is required that grants ICC permission to debit your account. Deductions are made on the 10th of the month.
    Other.
    Cash, check, money order, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover are accepted. Payments may be brought to the ICC office or mailed to:

Any checks or ACH debits returned by the bank to ICC will be subject to a $30.00 fee per item.
