Singers & Families: Tuition and Fees
The Indianapolis Children's Choir requires each member to pay fees annually based upon his/her choir assignment. A non-refundable registration fee of $50 is required at the time of registration. This registration fee does not apply to the tuition. The following chart summarizes other fees related to membership in the ICC.

- First Steps fees vary by location. All student materials are included in the total tuition fee. Class and semester length is determined in collaboration with sites. For more information on First Steps tuition, please call 317-940-9846.
- Uniform cost is additional. Please see the “Formal and Informal Uniforms” section on page 19-20.
- Singers joining the ICC after January 1, 2010 will be charged ½ of the standard tuition or their assigned choir and the non-refundable registration fee of $50.00
- The Indianapolis Youth Chorale, Cantantes Angeli, and Bel Canto begin each season with a rehearsal retreat at a site usually away from Butler University. We believe this experience is essential to reach the teaching goals set for each child, and it allows members an opportunity to develop relationships within the choir. Every effort is made to minimize the costs related to the retreat. Other choirs may also schedule a retreat at the discretion of their director.
- Tuition fees include a $10 activity fee per season to assist the ICC Parent Association in providing awards, choir parties, year-end activities, and family events for every singer during the year.
SIBLING TUITION
Reduced tuition is available for families with more than one singer enrolled in the ICC. Full tuition is required for the highest choir involved. Each additional singer in the family, regardless of choir, may pay the reduced rate. The reduced annual tuition for siblings is:
- First Steps in Music - $5.00 off tuition
- All ICC choirs, including IYC & Prep - $50.00 off tuition
- CICC – $25.00 off tuition
